The colours, fabrics and patterns used in these ColourShells are an illustration of the types of patterns we permit our stitchers to use. We cannot guarantee we will be able to use the exact fabric you can see on the ColourShells. However, we are very flexible - if you see a pattern you like, why not contact us to discuss our Made Just For Me service - a bespoke product where you can choose the fabrics we use.
GirlPastels: Pretty, pastel, delicate, girlie! Your GirlPastels product is definitely rather on the girlie side, with delicate florals and dainty patterns, so would perfectly suit little fairy princesses whose eyes light up at all things pink.
Colours we'll use: Predominantly pink, with lilacs, pale greens, pale yellows, and other pastels. Click on the image for a closer look.
GirlBrights: Bright, Bold, Fun, Colourful! Girl Brights are really jolly, and may contain lots of gorgeous patterns in stripes, florals, dots, or lovely fun pictoral fabrics. These are perfect for younger children because the colours are so eye-catching, and also for older girls who don’t do the girlie thing so much!
Colours we'll use: reds, pinks, greens, oranges, purples, yellows; all colours may be used, interspersed dark colours may crop up, some white and lights, mainly bright and fresh. Click on the image for a closer look.
BoyBrights: Bright, Bold, Fun, Colourful! Boy Brights are really jolly, and may contain lots of gorgeous patterns in stripes, spots, dots, or lovely fun boyish pictoral fabrics. We won’t use floral fabrics in a Boy Bright. These are perfect for younger children because the colours are so eye-catching.

BoyDarks: Dark, masculine, understated, plain! Boy Darks are best for those boys who think they can’t have bright colours any more (sob!) But seriously, it’s not always easy to find nice fabric gifts for boys, and they are just as fussy as the girls on colour. So our BoyDarks will not contain florals or overly patterned fabrics.
Colours we'll use: dark colours, plain colours; navy blue, dark reds, dark greens, browns. Also whites, creams or tan, for contrast. Click on the image for a closer look.
