Can I have my product shipped to an address other than the billing address?
Yes - simply ensure you have entered the correct address when you are at the Shipping Address stage of Checkout. You can also log in to your account at OriginalStitch, and add shipping addresses so they're kept on the system. Simply click on Account Maintenance, then click on Shipping Addresses, then Add Address.
How do I know what the colourways mean?
Each product is made using a unique combination of fabrics, usually 3 or maybe 4 different ones. Our stitchers work to our ColourShells - check them out first, but if you're still confused, simply go to the Contact Us pages to email us with your query.
I'm worried I won't like the fabric - can we discuss it first?
Of course - you can purchase a bespoke product, made especially for you. We have all lots of fabric so we're bound to have something you'll like. There is a small charge for this service because the OriginalStitcher will have to select and cut the fabric especially for you, or talk to other stitchers to arrange a fabric swap, rather than using our Cut'n'Store system. And if it's ok with you, we will give you an estimated delivery time that may take longer than the normal delivery times
How do I order a bespoke product?
Simply look for the Made Just for Me - Bespoke section below each product description and add to your basket along with your product. Then look for the comment box entitled "Something you'd like to add?" when you are checking out. It's at stage 4 - Complete Order. You can outline what you'd like there, or if you'd rather, simply wait for us to contact you when we've received your order. Do make sure your personal details include an up to date telephone number.
What should I put for the colourway when I order a product and also the Made Just for Me service?
Simply add the one which best describes what you'd like - that helps us head for the right pile of fabrics! But don't worry too much, because if you have ordered Made Just for Me, we will not send out or make your product until we have talked to you on the phone, and confirmed by email.
How do I order Gift Wrapping?
Simply look for the Gift Wrapping section below each product description and add to your basket along with your product. Then look for the comment box entitled "Something you'd like to add?" when you are checking out and write . It's at stage 4 - Complete Order.
What if I want to order multiple products but only want one of them wrapped?
Add Gift Wrapping to your basket and then look for the comment box entitled "Something you'd like to add?" when you are checking out. It's at stage 4 - Complete Order. Write in it which product you would like Gift Wrapped and that will be attached to the order when it goes to the OriginalStitcher who makes it.
What if want to order multiple items and want more than one of them gift wrapped?
We use different OriginalStitchers for different products, so unfortunately we cannot wrap two different products in one package - each item will need to be separately gift-wrapped. However, you can still order multiple items and having them separately gift-wrapped - just ensure you specify which product when you write in the "Something you'd like to add?" box when you order Gift Wrapped.
Can I order multiple items and specify different shipping addresses for each?
You can add different shipping addresses in Account Maintenance. Click on Shipping Addresses and you can add addresses to this area any time you like. You can also enter a new shipping address when you purchase your products. Unfortunately you cannot specify more than one shipping address in the same order - but ordering is quick and simple, so it should not take you too long to place different orders for all your shipping addresses.

I want the Sewing Pattern PDF but I don't want it as a download - do you sell it as a Paper Pattern?
We do not currently sell our Patterns as Paper versions, but we can of course do this for you if you cannot for some reason print a PDF pattern. Please Contact Us and we can take it from there
