Delivery Details

To keep costs to you as low as possible we try to use the most flexible postage systems. We try with all our stitchy little might to get stuff to you within 5 working days, but sometimes if we’re manically busy it may take a little longer, and at most it will be 14 working days. In the event of this happening we do try really hard to keep you informed, so you don’t feel worried or abandoned.

For overseas orders, again we will do our very best to get products to you within 14 working days.

For bespoke services, such as Made Just For Me, we will confirm the delivery time with you when we discuss your order with you in person.

Returns

In the supremely unlikely event that you have to return something to us, (sob!) we will understand. Sometimes it happens. Please make sure you send it back to us un-used, and with all the labels still attached, within 30 days. Fill in the Returns Form we send with your order so we know whether you would like a refund, or a replacement product, and give us as much information as you can about the problem. Thanks, this does help us make sure we’re still making gorgeous things!

If your product is faulty, and you don’t want a replacement, we will of course refund both the cost of the purchase and returns carriage cost at Royal Mail pricing. We always recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when you are returning products. This is because we cannot be held responsible for losses during posting.
