So, you've decided to make one of our lovely products by yourself - good for you! Our patterns are beautifully designed, and we try and make the instructions really simple and detailed so that nothing is missed out. And once you've paid it's yours immediately to download!
Here's how it works:
- Go ahead and buy your pattern! This step is exactly the same as buying any other OriginalStitch Product.
- Once you've completed your Paypal transaction, and received all the payment successful messages from Paypal, go to your email account.
- Check for new mail, and you should have your Order Received email from OriginalStitch. Click on the underlined 'View the order by following the link below'.
- This will take you to the OriginalStitch Login page - sign in using your OriginalStitch Username and Password (not your Paypal ones).
- Go to your My Account area on the OriginalStitch website.
- Here, you will see the Order Items area. Your downloads will be next to a green arrow. Click on the red name of the product you've ordered and voila! Your pattern will be downloaded onto your computer. It will ask you whether you wish to View it or Save it. We advise Saving it and choosing where to put it - often the desktop is the best place. (Until you've made a folder especially for all the patterns you'll buy from us....!)
- You have 3 goes at downloading, so if something happens that deletes your pattern on your computer, or you lose it, you can simply log in to your My Account area at OriginalStitch and download it again.
- Go and rummage for fabric, thread, scissors and get sewing! Have fun, and we'd really like to know how you get on. Please send a pic of what you've made to
